The mind is a terrible thing to waste – show it some ‘lobe’! From anxiety, to depression, to bipolar disorder and beyond, we’ve all been afflicted by mental health struggles, either personally or through loved ones. So while Mental Health Awareness Month may be coming to a close, being aware of your mental health and taking care of yourself are things that should continue way past the month of May.
Between Artist Shops like Hope for the Day and artist Derek Hess & filmmaker Nick Cavalier coming by Threadless HQ to talk mental health, we’ve been amazed at the positive impact art can have on mental health awareness.
