Happy Cinco de Mayo, everyone!
By now, you’ve probably read at least a billion articles all saying “but what is Cinco de Mayo?” so I’ll keep the history lesson short and sweet! Is it Mexico’s Independence day? Nope! Is it a celebration of the Mexican victory over the French in 1862 during the French-Mexican war? Yes!
It’s always important to remember and celebrate the past. But we have some seriously noteworthy Artist Shops by incredible Mexico-based artists in the here and now – and what better day to celebrate them than Cinco de Mayo?
So sit back, maybe sip on a margarita, and check out their work!
